Quick answers for players, performers and venue hosts. If a live game is in progress, your Host can confirm its current code and status.
Joining and playing
Where do I enter a game code?
Open the Join page and enter the five-character code your Host shows. A game QR link may take you directly to the right match.
Why am I asked for a pilot invitation?
During the restricted pilot, an invitation may be required before you can join. Your game code identifies the match; the pilot invitation grants access to the test. Ask your Host for the current invitation.
Can I play without an account?
Yes, when the Host allows guest entry. Guest progress stays in that browser. Signing in later can link eligible guest progress if you choose that option.
My game stopped updating. What should I do?
Check your connection and reload once. Confirm the Host has not ended or replaced the match. If you still cannot join, show the message on your screen to the Host so they can check the live game.
Accounts and access
How do I recover my password?
Use the password reset page with your verified account email. We will send a one-use link to choose a new password.
Where are my profile and privacy settings?
Sign in at vivatri.com, then open your Player profile or workspace Settings. You can hide your player profile from the signed-in directory. There is not yet a tested account-deletion request form or monitored privacy inbox; those routes must be established before the policy is finalized.
Can I cancel a subscription?
No online subscriptions are being sold yet. Account Settings shows cancellation controls as a preview, but they cannot cancel a charge or pilot grant. At paid launch, cancellation is intended to stop the next monthly renewal, with access through the paid period and an email confirmation. That flow must be tested before purchases open.
Hosting
Do I need a separate Host account?
No. The same account can play and host. Venue membership, hosting permission and plan access are checked separately.
Why can’t I control a venue event?
You need Host permission and active venue or performer access. A visiting performer may also need an approved check-in. Another Host may already control the live game; ask venue staff about a handover.
How do I prepare a Trivia game?
Open Host → Create → Trivia. Change the game title at the top of the draft editor, add questions, save the draft, then review the rules before opening a lobby. Saving a draft does not change the current live game.
